Assuming the executive and legislative branches fall to the Dems, the judicial branch isn&#39;t necessarily going to fall in line (but likely).<BR/><BR/>Granted, when the Dems had it from 1993-95, i think most Americans fared better than when the the Reps had it from 2001-2007 (middle clas tax cuts passed under clinton during this time by 1 vote, which helped my family tremendously). When I ask why I get answers like: Because my dad did. Because they are for the little guy. Because I think Obama is handsome. Nothing about the political process frustrates me more. I propose a test before you vote.
